Valentine's Day is just around the corner and even if you don't have a Valentine this year, that's okay! Just spend the night painting your nails...possibly this design!
Colors you will need:
-White
-Black
-Hot Pink
-Clear Coat
Start off by painting your thumb, middle, and pinkie fingers one to two coats of white.
For your pointer and ring finger, paint them black.
On your thumb, take a black striper and create a large number sign. This will be the tic tac toe board. Inside, create a diagonal chain of hearts with a pink striper or toothpick. For the remaining tic tac toe squares, create "X"s.
On your middle and pinkie finger, then, take the pink striper again and create hearts at the top of your nails.
(OPTIONAL: You can also take a white striper and create white hearts on your pointer and ring fingers. I did not do this).
Finish with a top coat to protect your design and create a beautiful shine that you will fall in love with. ♥
