Black may not be the color you typically reach for in the spring months, but it is making a breakthrough this season!
Black accents are a big trend this year.
Again, to achieve a quick look, I recommend using an accent nail technique with this look.
You can do anything with a black polish. You can create basket weave looks, although that is rather time consuming. A quick way to add in this look this spring is by doing a black plaid accent nail. You can paint your nail any color and then paint on a checkerboard to spice up your look.
Simply create some vertical lines. Make sure you evenly space them out. Then add some equally spaced out horizontal lines. You don't need a lot of lines, just some, but make sure they're all even. The less there are, the more accurate they'll be. Then just fill in every other square to make a checkerboard.
It is quite easy, but looks like it took a while. That's the beauty of the spring trend this year♥
