This design takes inspiration from the famous duo of Mike and Sulley.
Colors you will need:
-blue
-purple
-green
-pink
-white
-black
-silver
-clear coat
On your ring finger, paint it all green. With a toothpick or dotter, make a large white dot for Mike's eye. Add a smaller blue dot in it for the iris followed by a black pupil.
For his mouth, make a sideways "D" with a pink polish and fill it in.
With a toothpick dipped in white, make white teeth.
In Monsters University, Mike still wears a retainer, so I added a thin silver line across his top row of teeth, but this is optional.
For Sulley, I painted my remaining nails blue and added purple spots for his fur. If you have flocking powder, you can make your nails furry.
Complete with a top coat.
