This design is one of my favorites and takes some time, but will be well with it!
Colors you will need:
-white
-black
-red
-clear coat
Begin by painting all of your nails white.
Then, with a black striper, make three diagonal lines.
This should create four sections on your nail.
Split one section in half and paint it in. The eyes will go here.
In the other sections, make lines parallel to the original one.
For the eyes, take a toothpick dipped in white polish and make two dots in the filled in section.
Then make two small red dots for pupils.
Finish with a top coat to seal in your design.
