Start off by painting all of your nails except your ring finger white.
Then paint your ring finger blue.
On the white nails, take a red striper and create thing vertical lines on the nail.
On the ring finger, take a toothpick and make white dots all over the nail.
On the red and white nails, take a blue polish and make two triangles at the top of the nail.
Then outline it in white. These are now adorable and simple bows.
For the navy nail, do the same technique but with a red polish for the bow and outline it in white.
Finish with a clear coat and your patriotic nails are ready to celebrate! ♥
