Colors you will need:
-black
-blue
-purple
-lilac
-sheer pink
-sparkle polish
-clear coat
You'll also need a makeup sponge or some type of sponge; I used a Mr. Clean sponge.
Start of by painting all of your nails about one coat of a black polish.
Once dry, paint blue on a sponge and pat on.
Next pat on a purple polish within the blue.
Continue with a lilac polish patted on within the purple.
Finish with the sponge by patting on a sheer pink polish at the tip of your nail.
Add a sparkle polish to create the feeling of stars.
Finish with a too coat to seal in your design.
