So, colors you will need:
-Blue
-Purple
-Black
-Gold
-White
Start off by painting all of your nails one coat of a white polish. Once dry, take a make-up sponge and brush on a blue line with a purple line beneath it. Dab this onto your nails. Apply a fast drying top coat to blend the colors and create an evening sky.
To create the buildings, take a black polish and make varying lengths of lines. This will create buildings, easy, right?
You can then take a black striper and create lightning rods on the tops of some buildings.
Finally, take a toothpick with gold or yellow polish and create dots on the buildings for windows.
Once dry, finish with a top coat to seal in your design and create a luminous shine!
*OPTIONAL* You can take a white striper and create a crescent moon above the buildings.
Also, another option would be to create a sunrise skyline instead of an evening one. To do this, instead of sponging on blue and purple, you would use orange and yellow. ♥
